I’m Gabriela, a Compliance Officer with a strong focus on software, AI, and modern regulation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law and I’m currently completing my LLM in Law & Technology.

My work sits right at the intersection of law and technology. I specialize in areas like GDPR and the AI Act, helping organizations use technology in a responsible, legally sound way without slowing innovation to a crawl.

I work closely with product and development teams to assess whether software solutions actually meet regulatory requirements. Not just policies on paper, but how things are really built and used. How data is processed. Whether AI systems are transparent and explainable. And whether technical decisions line up with what the law expects.

By combining legal expertise with a solid understanding of technology, I help teams move forward with confidence. Innovating, shipping, and scaling, while keeping risks under control and compliance baked into the product from the start.
