I’m Daisy, Culture Advisor collaborating with Emplex. My focus is on the human side of what we build, how people work together, communicate, and form a shared culture around meaningful projects. Having worked with Mikolaj for over a decade, I understand the deeper vision behind Emplex: creating not just software, but a sustainable network of professionals who collaborate effectively while staying independent.

My role is to guide how that network develops and operates. I help shape the environment where independent specialists, partners, and contributors can work together smoothly while maintaining their individuality. It is about fostering clarity, trust, and a shared sense of purpose, the core elements that make collaboration thrive.
