A small opinion: stop collecting AI tools and learn one workflow

I do not think most teams need another AI tool.

They need one task that becomes easier, clearer, or less repetitive. Then they need time to practise it until the improvement is obvious to someone else.

The tool is the least interesting part

Claude and ChatGPT are capable enough for many everyday jobs. The harder part is deciding what information to give them, what a good answer looks like, and where a person must check the result.

That is why Emply starts with a skill gap and a next action. A tool can be available to everyone and still be useful to nobody if the learning path stops at "go try it."

Free experiment: one task, five days

Pick a task you do at least twice a week. For five workdays, keep a tiny log:

• What did I give the assistant?
• What did it return?
• What did I have to fix?
• How long did the task take?

At the end, compare the first attempt with the fifth. Keep the workflow only if the result is better and the review is still safe.

The useful question

Do not ask, "Which AI tool should our company buy?" Ask, "Which piece of work should a person be able to do better after two weeks of practice?"

That question leads to a lesson, evidence, and a next step. It also gives a learning platform something meaningful to track.
